Prof. Dr. h. c. Claude Dornier – aviation pioneer and company founder. On occasion of the 50th anniversary of his death the Dornier Foundation arranged a remarkable homage in the Dornier Museum in Friedrichshafen. A review of his life and work was shown that evening accompanied with chamber music by Prof. Margarita Höhenrieder-Dornier and Prof. Julius Berger performing Beethoven’s works for cello and piano. In order to transform the acoustically dry museum hall into a lively chamber music hall the electronic room acoustic system VIVACE was temporarily installed.
